  • 70 g Sunflower seeds
  • 70 g Linseed
  • 30 g Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 400 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder

Instructions
