Ingredients
Roasted onions:
- 3 piece Medium onions
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Oil or lard
Instructions
Roasted onions:
- Peel the onions, chop them into small cubes and toss them together with the flour and salt and then heat everything in oil or lard and fry the onions until translucent and brown. Do not add any liquid to make them bake easily.
Oven:
- Bake the browned, still moist onions at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes on a baking tray with baking paper and let them dry until they are crispy. Then you can put them in containers and use them with fast food like hamburgers, hot dogs and other fried things.
