Ingredients
- 3 piece Pak choi
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- 1 Pc. Fresh tomato
- 1 Pc. Mozzarella
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon and salt paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the pak choi and cut into quarters, dice the tomato, cut the mozzarella into slices, crack the eggs, stir in the lemon-salt paste.
- Heat the oil, fry the pak choi in it, pour the egg mixture over the pak choi, place the mozzarella slices over everything, then garnish with diced tomatoes and let set in the oven at 200 ° C.
