Fried Peppers with Sea Salt

Ingredients
 

  • 170 g Roasted peppers cleaned (also called pimentos!)
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean the roasted peppers, wash and drain well. Heat sunflower oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) in a pan, add the roasted peppers and fry, turning continuously, until the skin blisters. Take the fried peppers (Pimentos de Pardon) out of the pan, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
