- 1 kg Potato
- 500 g Beans
- Egg for fried egg at will
- 2 Red Onion

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool down briefly and peel them. Put a red onion in a little oil, finely chopped, and fry the thick potato slices vigorously with salt, pepper, rosemary and finally with paprika.
- Fry the second onion with the beans in a little oil or in butter with salt, pepper and savory for 15 minutes.
