  • 1 kg Potato
  • 500 g Beans
  • Egg for fried egg at will
  • 2 Red Onion
  • 1 a little Butter for fried eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Rosemary
  • Summer Savory
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool down briefly and peel them. Put a red onion in a little oil, finely chopped, and fry the thick potato slices vigorously with salt, pepper, rosemary and finally with paprika.
  • Fry the second onion with the beans in a little oil or in butter with salt, pepper and savory for 15 minutes.
  • Just make the fried eggs to your liking, please ... I just melt the butter, add the eggs immediately. Advantage, the edges do not burn.
  • Enjoy a simple but delicious dish for you!
