Ingredients

- 250 g Cream
- 350 g Flour
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa
Covering
- 125 g Margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 4 tablespoon Milk
- 200 g Ground almonds or nuts
Instructions

- Mix all ingredients except the cocoa into a dough.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread half of the batter on a baking sheet.
- Mix the other half with the cocoa and spread carefully on the light dough.
- Bake for 15 min, 200 ° C with top / bottom heat
Covering
- Mix all ingredients for the topping and bring to the boil. (e.g. Thermomix, 5min, 100 ° C, level 1)
- Spread the topping on the baked floor.
- Bake 15-20 min, 200 ° C with top / bottom heat
- Let cool down and enjoy. P.S .: nothing for diabetics ..... topping is very sweet and reminds a little of nut corners. 😉
