Ingredients

Modification for me

  • 500 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 400 g Cream curd
  • 8 Amarettini almond biscuits crush 2 prince roll biscuits
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 Long dessert spoon
  • 1 Drinking straw

Instructions

  • Remove the green from the strawberries. Cut in half. Puree the strawberries with natural yoghurt and low-fat quark in the food processor. Put in a bowl. Leave 1/3 in the machine and now add the buttermilk and mix briefly. Put in another bowl.
  • Place both bowls in the freezer. it should be almost half frozen. My husband got his portion in a dessert glass, sprinkle the whole with the crumbly amarettini. My portion came in a drinking glass with a straw. If you want, you can decorate the portions with lemon balm leaves
