Ingredients
For the dough:
- 170 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 80 g Butter
- 5 tbsp Milk
For covering:
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Can Fruit cocktail
- 1 packet Glaze
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 250 ml Canned fruit juice
Instructions
For the dough:
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, butter and milk and stir.
- Put the batter in a springform pan.
- Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 25 minutes.
For covering:
- Put the sour cream in a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Place a cake ring around the base and spread the sour cream on it.
- Drain the fruit well and distribute it on the sour cream.
- Prepare an icing from the cake, sugar and the fruit juice from the tin and pour it over the fruit.
- Let it cool down and remove the cake ring.
