Ingredients
 

  • 2 500 g yoghurt 3.5%
  • 1 Ripe mango
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Ginger approx. 20 g
  • 1 Pear
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mango, remove the core and dice. Squeeze the lemon. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Peel the pear, remove the core and dice. Peel, fillet and dice the mandarins. Mix all ingredients (mango, lemon juice, ginger, pear, tangerine and powdered sugar) well with a hand blender or mixer. Add the yogurt, mix briefly, fill into dessert glasses or bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
