Ingredients
- 50 g Salad
- Turkey breast fillet in strips
- 50 g Quartered strawberries
- 50 g Sliced avocado
- 50 g Halved grapes
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, curry powder and various dried herbs
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce leaves, strawberries, avocado and grapes on a plate. Make a dressing from vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Season the meat with curry, herbs, salt and pepper. Fry for about 8 minutes over a mild heat. Put the dressing on the salad and arrange the meat on the salad.
