Frying The Kohlrabi: How to do The Vegetables in The Pan

Fry kohlrabi – that’s how it works

Kohlrabi is ideal as a delicious side dish. All you need to prepare it is kohlrabi, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and some salt and pepper. To roast the vegetables, you can follow the steps below:

  1. First, peel your kohlrabi and then cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.
  2. Then let the kohlrabi cubes cook in salted water for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Now put the olive oil in a pan and heat it up.
  4. Then the cubes come into the pan and are seasoned with salt and pepper. The kohlrabi must now fry for about 5 minutes before it is turned.
  5. Then let the vegetables fry for a few minutes on the other side as well. As soon as the kohlrabi is slightly brown, you can remove it from the pan.
