Sailéad Núdail Gloine le Cnónna Caisiú, Mango, Cucumber, Coriander agus Oinniúin Earraigh

- 2 phaicéad núdail gloine
- 150 g Caisiú
- 2 ríomhaire. Mangoes
- 2 ríomhaire. Cúcamar
- 1 grúpa lus an choire
- 1 bun oinniúin earraigh
- 2 ríomhaire. Chili
- 15 ríomhaire. Cloicheáin rí
- 6 tbsp ola Sesame
- 3 tbsp anlann éisc
- Salann agus piobar
- 3 tbsp sú aoil
- 3 tbsp Siúcra cána iomlán
- 4 Pc. Garlic cloves in olive oil
- Cut the mangoes and cucumber into small cubes, chop the coriander, chilli and spring onions. Mix the ingredients with the sesame oil, fish sauce, lime juice, 1 tbsp sugar and salt and pepper. Cut the cashew nuts into small pieces and caramelize with 2 tablespoons of sugar in the pan, then add to the remaining ingredients.
- Cook the pasta as instructed and then rinse with cold water. Cook the prawns in a pan with the garlic and olive oil until they are al dente.
- Fry the pasta briefly again in the pan with a little oil and then mix vigorously in the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
