- Knead the ingredients for the dough quickly, wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drain the tangerines. Wash the orange thoroughly, rub the peel, squeeze out the juice. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
