Ginger, Grapefruit and Cucumber Drink

Ingredients
 

  • 40 g 1 piece of ginger peeled
  • 150 ml 1 grapefruit / juice
  • 180 g ½ cucumber / peeled
  • 500 ml Soda water

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the ginger. Halve the grapefruit and squeeze. Peel and dice the snake cucumber. Pour everything into a tall, slim vessel and puree finely with a hand blender. Add soda water (500 ml), mix everything briefly with the hand blender, pour into glasses and refrigerate until ready to use. Best to drink the contents in small sips, best distributed 5 minutes before meals.
