Ingredients

  • 20 g 1 piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 ripe lemon
  • 115 g Raspberries
  • 350 ml Soda water

Instructions

  • Peel and dice the ginger. Roll the lemon tightly, cut in half and squeeze out the juice. Pour all ingredients (diced ginger, lemon juice and raspberries) into a tall, slim container and mix well with a hand blender. Add soda water (350 ml), mix everything briefly with the hand blender, fill into glasses and refrigerate in the refrigerator until consumption. Best to drink the contents in small sips, best distributed before meals.
