Ingredients
 

  • 20 g Fresh ginger
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Bring 1,500 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan, wash 20 grams of ginger, cut into thin slices, add to the water and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • Depending on your taste, season with 2 teaspoons of honey and 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Pour ginger tea through a sieve into a tea glass and serve.
