Ingredients

  • 0,5 liter Organic apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 2 piece Organic lemons
  • 1 piece Organic orange
  • Ginger (depending on the degree of spiciness, up to 10 cm)
  • Turmeric fresh, about 2 cm
  • 1 piece Glass bottle (1 liter content)
  • 2 tbsp Light nut oil or grapeseed oil

Instructions

  • Pour the apple juice into the bottle, except for something to puree. Squeeze the lemons and orange and add to the apple juice. Peel the ginger and turmeric and grate finely (or cut into pieces and finely puree in a high-performance mixer with a little apple juice and oil), add the mixture to the apple juice, orange and lemon juice and store in a cool place.
  • The ginger turmeric shot tastes tart and spicy, the drink should be kept in a cool place for at least 2 hours and allowed to steep until it is ready to eat. It can be kept in the refrigerator for around 2 weeks.
  • The ginger turmeric shot can be drunk neat, but can also be used to flavor water.
