Filete de cordeiro:

  • 9 PC. Filete de cordeiro
  • 5 PC. Dentes de allo
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Manteiga
  • Romeu
  • orégano
  • Tomiño
  • Sal
  • Pimenta

Verduras:

  • 7 PC. Berenxena
  • 3 PC. Dentes de allo
  • 2 PC. Pementos vermellos de punta
  • 5 PC. Tomates secos en aceite
  • 0,5 PC. Pementa
  • salsa
  • Sal
  • Pimenta
  • Especia da árbore de vinagre
  • Pemento de pementón

Sultan Pilave:

  • 2 vasos Arroz
  • 3,5 vasos Auga
  • 50 g Piñóns
  • 5 PC. Figos secos
  • 20 g groselhas
  • 0,5 PC. Cebola
  • 2 sopa Aceite
  • 50 g Manteiga
  • 1 TSP Azucre
  • Zume de limón
  • Sal
  • Pimenta

Filete de cordeiro:
