Croissants de améndoa de mazapán
A receita perfecta de croissants de améndoa de mazapán cunha imaxe e instrucións sinxelas paso a paso.
- 180 g de mazapán
- 20 g de améndoas moídas
- 80 g de azucre
- 1 Proteína
- 1 paquete de azucre vainillado
- Améndoas en rodajas para enrolar
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Shape croissants and roll them in almond leaves. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 ° for about 10-15 minutes. A real pleasure! If you like, you can dip the ends in chocolate after cooling. I left out the chocolate because I don’t eat chocolate during Lent 😉
