- 1 teaspoon Rapeseed oil with a touch of basil
- 200 g de carne moída
- 1 cebola cortada en dados
- 1 dentes de allo picados
- Sal e pementa
- 1 Medium-Sized, finely chopped carrot
- 300 g de verduras de fiúncho recén cocidas
- 100 g Cabezas de cogomelos
- Tomato concentrate from my Kb
- Ou ketchup Ou pasta de tomate
- Caldo vexetal líquido
- 150 g de ameixas de pasta
- Follas de albahaca
- Cociña a pasta como de costume.
