Ingredients
 

Orange dressing:

  • 150 g Bacon cubes
  • 2 Pc. Goat cheese roll
  • Honey
  • 200 g Walnuts
  • 2 Pc. Orange
  • 30 g Onion
  • 20 g Mustard
  • 0,5 tsp Curry
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 20 g Fruit vinegar

Orange ciabatta:

  • 1 Pc. Ciabatta
  • 75 g Butter
  • 2 tsp Grated orange peel
  • Parsley

Salmon rolls:

  • 5 disc Smoked salmon
  • Dill

Instructions
 

  • The dressing is prepared in the Thermomix according to the recipe instructions.
  • Wash the lettuce, spin in the salad spinner and place on the plates.
  • Cut the goat cheese into 2-3 cm thin slices and lay out on baking paper and drizzle with a little honey.
  • Put the butter in a small bowl and add the grated orange peel. Then add the finely chopped parsley and mix it all together.
  • Cut the ciabatta bread into about 3 cm thin slices, brush with the butter and place on a baking sheet. Bake the goat cheese and orange ciabatta in the oven at the same time for about 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • In the meantime, leave the bacon in a pan. Spread the bacon on the lamb's lettuce and pour the dressing over it, put the goat cheese on top. Shape the smoked salmon into rolls and garnish with dill. Place the salmon rolls and orange ciabatta next to the plate.
