Ingredients
- 1 packet Crumble dough, e.g. from Kathi
- 600 g Gooseberries
- 1 packet Baking cream without boiling
- 250 ml Milk
- 200 g Quark
Instructions
- Prepare the crumble dough according to the instructions on the packet. Press 3/4 of the dough into a greased springform pan (even better a silicone mold). Clean and wash the gooseberries (not yet fully ripe).
- Beat the baking cream with the milk for one minute, stir in the quark. Spread the mixture on the bottom, spread the berries on top. Spread the remaining sprinkles.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 540 - 60 minutes. A scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream goes well with it.
