Ingredients
- 350 g Salmon fillet without bones
- 1 little one Rolls (general)
- 80 g Butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!
- Coarsely grate the rolls and mix well with soft butter, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt and pepper and season to taste. Spread on the salmon and press down.
- Put some fat and salmon in a small baking dish. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is crispy!
- Prepare side dishes as well. With us boiled potatoes with salad!
