Ingredients

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 80 g Butter
  • 250 g Quark semi-fat
  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 80 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 2 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 150 g Seedless grapes

Instructions

  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in the food processor or hand mixer until creamy. Then add all the other ingredients except grapes and mix everything well.
  • Line the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with baking paper. Grease the inner edge with grease of your choice. Pour in the batter and spread the grapes on top.
  • In the oven on the middle rail at 160 ° upper and lower Bake the bottom heat for approx. 50-60 minutes. One has to check. Every stove bakes differently. It took me 60 min.
  • Then take out and let cool down well. After 1 hour of cooling time, I put it in the fridge for that long without the edge of the springform pan. Good Appetite.
