For the meatballs

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Old Bun
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Oil

For the sauce

  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Oil
  • 50 g Gouda cheese

Instructions
 

  • Soak the bun in warm water. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead with the egg, onion, garlic, bread roll, mustard, salt, pepper from the mill and chilli from the mill. Shape small meatballs and fry in a pan with oil. Take out and put in a baking dish.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the quartered mushrooms in it. Add the onions and garlic and fry. Season the whole thing with salt, pepper from the mill and oregano. Now add the broth and cream. Mix in the tomato paste and the tomatoes cut into small cubes. Now let the sauce cook for 5 minutes over a low heat.
  • Now pour the sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes. Now arrange on a plate and serve with a baguette. Good Appetite.
