Ingredients

  • 500 g Kritharaki noodles - Greek rice noodles
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 White onion
  • 0,75 kg Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Large, red peppers
  • 1 Large, yellow peppers
  • 6 packets Knorr Fix garden herbs
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 packet 8 herb mixture
  • Olive oil, mild vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar
  • Chives, parsley

Instructions

  • Cook kritharaki noodles according to package instructions.
  • In the meantime, wash the peppers + tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Peel and chop the onions & garlic. If you like, you can also press the garlic.
  • Let the rice noodles cool down a bit and place in a bowl. Add the chopped vegetables. Then drizzle with about 6-8 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
  • First add 4 bags of Knorr Fix garden herbs to the salad and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add a few drops of mild vinegar and season to taste. Season further as needed / taste. Do not be surprised, a lot has to be seasoned here!
  • Tip 6: The salad can be refined with corn, sheep cheese, olives, green peppers, pieces of boiled ham or fried turkey breast. However, we like the simple, vegetarian variety the most!
  • The salad tastes great with grilled meat and has always been a hit at every party!
