Cook kritharaki noodles according to package instructions.
In the meantime, wash the peppers + tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions & garlic. If you like, you can also press the garlic.
Let the rice noodles cool down a bit and place in a bowl. Add the chopped vegetables. Then drizzle with about 6-8 tablespoons of olive oil and mix.
First add 4 bags of Knorr Fix garden herbs to the salad and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add a few drops of mild vinegar and season to taste. Season further as needed / taste. Do not be surprised, a lot has to be seasoned here!
Tip 6: The salad can be refined with corn, sheep cheese, olives, green peppers, pieces of boiled ham or fried turkey breast. However, we like the simple, vegetarian variety the most!
The salad tastes great with grilled meat and has always been a hit at every party!
