Greek Rice Salad with Roasted Almonds
The perfect greek rice salad with roasted almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Baby spinach
- 12 piece Cherry tomatoes panicles
- 30 g Almond leaves
- 100 g Yogurt 2% fat
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 ml Milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack Uncle Ben’s Express Greek Djuvec Rice
- 12 piece Black olives
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down.
- Wash the spinach and tomatoes. Remove the tomatoes from the stalk and cut in half. Roast the almond leaves in a pan without oil.
- Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, honey, olive oil and milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the tomatoes, spinach, olives and almonds and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then arrange with the rice in a bowl.
- Drizzle everything with the yoghurt dressing, mix gently and serve.
- Tip 6: This salad is also a nice accompaniment to grilled poultry.
