Green Asparagus Tarte Flambée

  • 1 Tarte flambée batter fresh)
  • 250 g Asparagus green
  • 200 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 1 Shallot
  • Chives
  • Fresh smooth parsley
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt


  • Remove the woody ends of the asparagus and peel if necessary, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes. Quench in ice water.
  • Peel and finely dice shallot. Wash the herbs, spin dry and finely chop. Mix the sour cream with the shallot cubes, herbs, pepper and salt.
  • Place the dough on a baking sheet and roll up the edges a little. Spread the sour cream on it and then spread the asparagus, ham and cheese over it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
