Instructions
- Remove the woody ends of the asparagus and peel if necessary, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes. Quench in ice water.
- Peel and finely dice shallot. Wash the herbs, spin dry and finely chop. Mix the sour cream with the shallot cubes, herbs, pepper and salt.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet and roll up the edges a little. Spread the sour cream on it and then spread the asparagus, ham and cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
