Instructions
- Wash the asparagus and cut off 1 - 2 cm at the bottom.
- Bring the water to a boil and place the asparagus in the boiling water for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, put the asparagus in a bowl of ice water.
- Place 3 strips of bacon next to each other per person and place the cheese on top of the bacon.
- A rim should be left here so that the cheese does not run out on the side.
- 3 Place stalks of asparagus across the bacon and roll the bacon with tension.
- The packets are now placed on the grill and grilled on both sides for about 10 minutes.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the packet with grated Parmesan.
