Ingredients

  • 12 Rods Green asparagus
  • 4 Discs Cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • 12 Discs Bacon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash the asparagus and cut off 1 - 2 cm at the bottom.
  • Bring the water to a boil and place the asparagus in the boiling water for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, put the asparagus in a bowl of ice water.
  • Place 3 strips of bacon next to each other per person and place the cheese on top of the bacon.
  • A rim should be left here so that the cheese does not run out on the side.
  • 3 Place stalks of asparagus across the bacon and roll the bacon with tension.
  • The packets are now placed on the grill and grilled on both sides for about 10 minutes.
  • If you like, you can sprinkle the packet with grated Parmesan.
