Green Beans with Smoked Pork

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kilogram Kassel roast salmon
  • 500 g Broad green beans
  • 2 Onions
  • 250 ml Cream or Rama Cremefine
  • Savory, salt, pepper, vinegar, a little sugar, cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the beans and cut into pieces approx. 2 cm wide. Peel, halve and cut the onions into strips.
  • Put the beans and onions in a baking dish. Add the savory, salt and pepper. Mix everything and place the smoked salmon roast in the middle. Pour in some vegetable stock and fry in the preheated oven at 160 ° for about 1 hour. Turn the roast in between and add a little water if necessary.
  • After cooking, remove the meat and keep it warm. Add the cream or Cremefine to the bean vegetables, bring to the boil again, season with a little sugar and vinegar and thicken with the mixed cornstarch.
  • Cut the meat into slices and arrange on top of the vegetables. If you want, you can add boiled potatoes.
