Ingredients
 

Salad dressing

  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 1 Apples fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 40 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Chilli fresh
  • Curry
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Soak green seeds in water overnight, cook with the soaking water, salt and bay leaf. Pour into a sieve and rinse with cold water
  • Wash and core the pepper and cut into strips. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes. Peel and quarter the apple; Remove the core, dice the pulp and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the onions. Press the garlic clove.
  • Mix the green seeds with the bell pepper, cucumber, apple, onions and garlic.
  • Mix a salad dressing out of the salad dressing ingredients. Mix the sauce with the salad ingredients and let it steep for 2 hours. If necessary, season again
