Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Pc. Spring onions
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 400 g Gouda cheese
  • 5 Pc. Goat cream cheese
  • 5 disc Bacon
  • 1 packet Salad dressing
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 300 g Breadcrumbs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 Pc. Eggs

Instructions
 

Salad:

  • Cut the romaine lettuce and red bell pepper into strips, cut the spring onion into rings.

Dressing:

  • Mix the topping of the salad, vinegar, oil and salt and add to the salad.

Cheese:

  • Cut the gouda and feta into 1 cm thick pieces or sticks. Bread the Gouda with egg and breadcrumbs. Bread the feta cheese with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Wrap goat thalers in bacon. Fry briefly and quickly in hot oil.
