- 125 g Green spelt flour
- 125 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 Egg yolk
- 125 g Margarine
- 110 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and cinnamon until frothy. Mix the two types of flour and stir into the dough spoon by spoon. Shape the dough into a roll and wrap in foil and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes (or chill).
- Then cut the roll into slices and place the biscuits next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- If you like, you can roll the rolling pin in brittle or desiccated coconut and then cut it into slices.
