Green Yogurt Quark Cake

- 1 Egg
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 50 g Flour

- 300 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 200 g Quark
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- 1,5 packet Woodruff jelly
- 200 ml Cream
* for topping 2
- 225 ml Water
- 0,5 packet Woodruff jelly
- 50 g Sugar
- For the dough, beat the egg and sugar until frothy, then add the other ingredients and stir in.
- Put the dough in a greased 22 or 23 cake tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- Put the yogurt, quark and sugar in a bowl and stir. Boil water, dissolve (1.5 packets) jelly powder in it, allow to cool and stir into the yoghurt quark mixture.
- Whip the cream until stiff. When the cream starts to set. stir in the cream.
- Place a cake ring around the cooled cake base and spread the cream on it and smooth it out. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Boil water for the second topping, stir in sugar and (0.5 packet) jelly powder and let cool (but not set). Then carefully pour onto the first topping.
- Put the cake back in the refrigerator until the jelly is firm.
- Carefully loosen the cake ring and cut the cake into pieces.
