Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 2 Onion
  • Beef bouillon
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Parsley, salt, pepper, chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix minced beef with beef bouillon, do not use too much liquid, so use it as you feel. let rest briefly. About 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • In the meantime, finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley, add salt, pepper and chilli powder to the prepared mass and season to taste.
  • Form patties with wet hands and place on the grill. Serve with ketchup-mustard-onion sauce. Good succeed.
