Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Strained tomatoes
  • 400 ml Cola
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic
  • 40 ml Raspberry vinegar
  • 50 ml Whiskey
  • 50 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 40 ml Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Smoked salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Tabasco
  • Chili
  • Lemon
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil, add the tomato paste and brown slightly. Then add the other ingredients. Bring everything to the boil and then boil down for about 30-40 minutes. Then season again depending on the degree of spiciness you want.
  • Add the lemon and chilli to taste as well as the smoked salt, some like the smoky aroma more, others less.
  • Salt is actually not necessary due to the smoked salt but season it vigorously after boiling because when the sauce is cold it is milder than when it is hot.
