Grünkern Burger with Potato – Vegetable Mash and Peanut Butter Sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Green Spelled Burger
  • 250 ml Boiling water
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced carrots
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced onion
  • 2,5 tablespoon Chopped walnuts

turn in:

  • 2 tablespoon Sesame

to bake:

  • 2 tablespoon Clarified butter

Garnish :

  • 6 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 1 liter Salted water
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 shot Milk hot
  • 60 g Butter

Cook the vegetables separately, just mix them in.

  • 0,5 Pc. Diced carrots
  • 60 g Diced princess beans
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 liter Meatsoup
  • 1 tablespoon Parsely

Sauce :

  • 0,5 Pc. Diced onion
  • Flour
  • Peanut butter
  • Meatsoup

Garnish + in the mash

  • 4 sheet Fresh endive

Instructions
 

Citizens :

  • Soak the green core burger mix with water, vegetables, onions + nuts and let steep for 15 minutes

Potatoes :

  • Peel, cut, wash, put on, boil, drain, pour in milk and then mash the butter, season.

Vegetables :

  • Add the blanching to the mashed potatoes, add parsley.

Endive:

  • 2 Put the pieces aside for the garnish, finely chop the rest and place under the mashed potatoes and vegetables. Arrange in a ring and peel off later.

Sauce :

  • Heat the butter lard, roast the onion, dust with a little flour, add a little meat broth, stir in the peanut butter, season to taste.
