Sinadaran
Dafa abinci:
- 1200 g Gasasshen wuya (an kunna)
- 1200 g Kassler wuya (an kunna)
- 1 Albasa kusan. 100 g
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Bay bar
- 5 Allspice hatsi
Abincin Kale:
- 2 kg Kale (nan daga manomi kusa da Hildesheim)
- 4 Albasa (kimanin g 400)
- 3 Sausages masu kyafaffen (kimanin g 600)
- 4 Fresh tsiran alade (kimanin 800 g)
- 2 tbsp Pan man shanu
- 5 tsp Nama broth nan take
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Barkono
- 2 tbsp Maggi wort
- 2 tbsp Soya miya mai dadi
Abincin gefe:
- Gishiri dankali
- mustard
- Salt
Umurnai
- Dafa naman (gasashen wuyansa da kyafaffen wuyan naman alade) a cikin babban kasko tare da ruwa mai gishiri (cokali 2), albasa 1 peeled, ganyen bay (2 guda 5) da hatsin allspice (guda 2) na kimanin awa 2. A halin yanzu, shirya Kale (tsabta, tara da wanke). A yin haka, cire kututturen da kauri leaf panicles / veins. Kwasfa da yanka albasa. Azuba man kaskon (1 tbsp) a cikin babban kasko, sai a soya cubes albasa a ciki/soya a hankali sai a zuba kale da tsaftatacce/yankakken da kuma soya. Deglaze / zuba a kan broth daga nama. Bari komai ya simmer / dafa don wani sa'a a ƙananan zafin jiki. Don yin hidima, yanke nama (amfani da wuka na lantarki idan ya cancanta!) Kuma kuyi hidima tare da dankali mai dankali, gishiri da mustard.
