- 1 Shugaban (karamin) Kabeji na kasar Sin sabo
- 2 Kwamfuta. Boiled qwai
- 1 Kwamfuta. Spring albasa sabo ne
- 1 tbsp Kernels (sunflower, kabewa, pistachio, da dai sauransu)
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp Ganye vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard matsakaici zafi
- Salt
- sugar
- Pepperanyen fari
Umurnai
- Cire katako mai wuya daga kabeji na kasar Sin kuma a yanka ganye a cikin tube. A kwaba kwai, sai a zuba gwaiduwa a cikin kwano, a yanka farar kwai a kananan cubes. Yanke albasar bazara a cikin zobba.
- Dakatar da kwai a cikin kwano da cokali mai yatsa. Sa'an nan kuma ƙara cream, vinegar da mustard, motsawa da gishiri, barkono da sukari.
- Da farko sai a zuba zobunan albasar bazara, da duwatsun da fararen kwai sai a hade komai wuri guda. A ƙarshe na ninka a cikin tubes kabeji na kasar Sin.
