- 600 g Ganyen nikakken nama
- 1 Barkono mai rawaya
- 1 Red barkono
- 1 babban Sanda na lek
- 6 mai tushe Marjoram sabo ne
- 300 ml Kayan lambu broth
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Manna tumatir
- 1 tsp Mustard matsakaici zafi
- 150 g Cream, tsami
- 3 Gangar tafarnuwa
- 2 albasarta
- Salt
- Barkono
Umurnai
- Ki yanka albasar, a yanka barkonon kararrawa a yanka, da lek cikin zobe.
- Yanke, juya akai-akai, toya har sai crumbly. Add da dakakken tafarnuwa da albasa. Sai azuba kayan lambu da man tumatur a barsu su dahu.
- Deglaze nikakken naman tare da broth kuma kakar tare da mustard, gishiri da barkono. Dama a cikin kirim da marjoram da zafi kadan.
- Jita-jita na gefe bisa ga dandano, misali dankali ko baguette.
