- 1 tbsp Man alade / mai

Umurnai
- Yawancin lokaci ana yin carbonara ba tare da kirim ba, amma muna son shi dan kadan.
- Da farko, sanya babban tukunyar ruwa a tafasa, ƙara gishiri mai yawa zuwa lita 1 na ruwa kuma ƙara 10 g na gishiri. Cook da spaghetti aldente.
- Yanke naman alade kuma a soya shi a cikin man alade har sai ya yi laushi. Ki doke kwai tare da kirim a gauraya a cikin Parmesan in banda cokali kaɗan.
- Ki zuba spaghetti da aka dafa daga cikin ruwan a cikin kwanon naman alade, sai a jujjuya cakudawar kwai, amma kar a bar shi ya tafasa, nan da nan a shirya a kan faranti sannan a yayyafa shi da Parmesan da barkono.
