Sinadaran
- 225 g Chickpeas, magudanar nauyi
- 150 g Boiled beetroot
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Yankakken flaxseed na zaɓi
- Gishirin barkono
- 1 Kwamfuta. Ganyen tafarnuwa
- 2 tbsp man zaitun
- 1 tsp turmeric
Umurnai
- Sarrafa duk abubuwan da aka haɗa a cikin taro mai tsami a cikin injin sarrafa abinci. Yiwuwar ƙara cokali 1-2 na ruwa.
- Ajiye a cikin firiji na ƴan kwanaki. Hakanan yana da ɗanɗano mai girma azaman yadawa.
