Sinadaran
Ga ruwan naman kaza shiitake:
- 6 tbsp Man gyada, tace
- 4 kananan Shiitake namomin kaza, bushe
- 150 g Water
- 1 tsp Ruwan kaza, nan take
Domin ruwan wanka:
- 1 lita Water
- 15 g Salt
- 1 tsp Citric acid, crystalline
Don Udayana sauce:
- 5 kananan Albasa, ja, (bawang merah)
- 3 matsakaici Cloves na tafarnuwa, sabo
- 2 kananan Chillies, ja
- 10 g Turmeric, sabo ko daskararre, madadin 2 tbsp turmeric foda
- 5 g Manna shrimp (terasi, yanke daga toshe)
- 2 tbsp Shrimp, bushe
- 1 tsp Kifi miya, haske
- 80 g madarar kwakwa, mai tsami
- Ruwan naman kaza, komai (duba shiri)
- 2 tbsp Man gyada, tace
Don dandana:
- Ruwan kaza, nan take
- Black barkono daga niƙa
Don ado:
- Seleri ganye, sabo ne ko daskararre
- Zaren barkono, ja
Umurnai
Eggplant:
- A wanke aubergines, hular iyakar biyu kuma a yanka a cikin kusan. 1 cm kauri yanka. Jiƙa a cikin ruwan wanka (wanda ke cire abubuwa masu ɗaci daga aubergine) na mintina 15, cire, magudana kuma bushe a kan sabon tawul ɗin shayi.
