- 500 g dankalin turawa
- 100 g Naman alade da aka sha taba
- 100 g Albasa mai sabo
- 1 bunch Ganye sabo ne
- 5 Kwai masu kyauta
- 5 tbsp Water
- 3 tumatir
- Salt da barkono
Umurnai
- Kwasfa albasa. Yanke albasa da naman alade cikin cubes. Kwasfa da kuma wajen dice dankali. Yanke chives a cikin ƙananan zobba.
- Soya naman alade a cikin babban kwanon rufi a kan zafi mai zafi har sai ya yi laushi kuma cire. Sanya dankali a cikin mai kuma juya kawai lokacin da gefen ƙasa ya yi launin ruwan kasa. Sa'an nan kuma juya kowane lokaci zuwa lokaci har sai sun yi kullu sosai. Ƙara albasa. Daga baya kadan sai a sake ƙara naman alade.
- A halin yanzu, motsa ƙwai da ruwa, gishiri da barkono. Yanke tumatir cikin yanka.
- Zuba ruwan kwai a kan dankalin kuma bar shi ya tashi a kan zafi kadan. Sanya tumatir a saman kuma yayyafa da chives.
