- 250 g Shinkafa basmati
- 1 Jan karar kararrawa kusan. 200 g
- 2 Babban albasa kusan. 150 g

- 150 g Masara kayan lambu
- 100 g Cream namomin kaza
- 2 Ruwan albasa kimanin. 50 g
- 10 g Yanke coriander
- 200 g Kaza nono fillet
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 qwai
- 2 tbsp Man sunflower
- 1 tsp Soya miya mai dadi
- 3 tbsp Sauyin soya mai haske
- 3 tbsp Soya miya mai dadi
- 2 tbsp Sherry
- 1 tbsp Rice wine (sake)
- 2 tsp Nan take broth kaza ko 1 teaspoon glutamate
- Girke-girke yogurt ko creme fraîche
