Sinadaran
Ga gobi ( farin kabeji) pakoras:
- 400 g Farin kabeji (shirya)
- 0,5 tsp kowane Gishiri, cumin, turmeric, paprika da garam masala
- 0,75 tsp kowane Curry da coriander
- 0,25 tsp Albasa tsaba
- 0,25 tsp Chile
- 1 tbsp Busashen ganyen fenugreek (na zaɓi)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 100 - 110 g Garin kaji
- 60 - 70 ml Water
Don aloo (dankali) pakoras:
- 400 g Dankali (peeled)
- 2 - 3 abubuwa albasarta
- 0,5 tsp kowane Turmeric, paprika; Cumin da coriander
- 0,75 tsp kowane Gishiri da albasa tsaba
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chile
- 2 tbsp Yankakken coriander (na zaɓi)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 100 - 110 g Garin kaji
- 50 ml Water
Hakanan:

- Chunky chat masala

Shiri na farin kabeji:
