Sinadaran
Matjes fillet:
- 250 g Matjes fillet:
- 50 g 1 kananan albasa
Soyayyen dankali:
- 400 g Triplets / jaket dankali / kwasfa
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric ƙasa
- 1 tsp Dukan tsaba caraway
- 75 g 1 albasa mai ja
- 3 tbsp Man sunflower
- 3 manyan tsunkule M gishiri gishiri daga cikin niƙa
- 3 manyan tsunkule barkono mai launi daga niƙa
- 1 tsp Dukan tsaba caraway
Salatin Beetroot:
- 200 g Dafaffen beetroot
- 2 manyan tsunkule M gishiri gishiri daga cikin niƙa
- 2 manyan tsunkule barkono mai launi daga niƙa
- 1 tbsp kirim mai tsami
- 1 babban tsunkule Tsinken sukari

Umurnai
