Milk kefir - cuku

  • 1000 g Na gida madara kefir
  • Gishiri, barkono mai gourmet dandana
  • Würz-Genie (haɗin kayan yaji) don dandano ku
  • 0,5 Tumatir
  • 1 Gangar tafarnuwa matsi
  • 1 Biyu na stalks Parsley (daga lambun mu)
  • 1 Biyu na mirgina takarda Basil (daga lambun kansa)
  • 2 tbsp Aioli & beetroot sun hadu da akuya

Umurnai
 

  • Ɗauki sieve da aka sanya a ƙarƙashin kwano, sanya shi da zane da kuma zuba kefir na gida a ciki. Dama sau ɗaya kuma ba da izinin magudana. Dangane da daidaito, daga 4 hours zuwa dukan dare.
  • Ci gaba da aiwatar da duka abu gobe. Zuba cikin kwano, kakar tare da gishiri, barkono, ƙara kayan yaji, motsawa. Yanka rabin tumatir a zuba shi ma. Sai a daka faski da basil sai a ninka a ciki.
  • A ƙarshe, azaman gyare-gyare, ƙara * aioli & beetroot da akuya ƙari, don komai ya sami kyakkyawan rubutu. Wannan cuku mai tsami yana da ɗanɗano mai tsami kuma yana da tasiri sosai :-).
