Sinadaran
Don kullu
- 125 g Garin da aka yi masa sheƙa
- 2 tsiri tbsp Garin waken soya
- 1 tsunkule Salt
- 250 ml madarar soya (ko sauran madarar shuka) (marasa zaki)
- 2 tbsp Man mai
- 50 ml Water
Don cikawa
- 200 g Alayyafo (sabo)
- 200 g Namomin kaza
- 1 Albasa matsakaici (wanda aka auna kimanin gram 130)
- Salt
- Barkono
- Soy sauce
- Soya mai
Umurnai
Blanch da alayyafo
- A wanke alayyahu sosai kuma a yanka shi sosai. Ki kawo ruwan gishiri kadan a tafasa a cikin kaskon ki zuba alayyahu a ruwan. Bayan minti 2, da sauri zazzage alayyafo daga cikin ruwa kuma a wanke a cikin colander da ruwan sanyi. (Hakika kuma za ku iya zubar da alayyahu, amma ina ganin ruwan dafa abinci yana da kyau a zubar.) Sai a ajiye alayyafo a gefe don ya zubar.
