- 100 g Cashews
- 1 tsp Lemon ruwan 'ya'yan itace
- 2 tbsp man zaitun
- Salt da barkono

- 80 ml Ma'adinai na ruwa
- 80 ml Oat madara
- 1 Msp Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt

- Ana murƙushe tafarnuwar daji a cikin turmi tare da gasasshen ƙwaya na ɗan gajeren lokaci. Sai mu zuba ruwan lemun tsami da man zaitun. Yi da gishiri da barkono don kammala dandano.
- Don pancakes, haɗa gari da ruwa da madarar oat. Sannan ana zuba garin nutmeg da sukari. Yi dandana tare da gishiri kaɗan. Ya kamata taro ya gudana da kyau kuma kada ya kasance da ƙarfi sosai. Ƙara ƙarin madarar hatsi idan ya cancanta.
